Fuel Policy
All rental vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel at the commencement of the rental period. The vehicle must be returned with a full tank (Gasohol 91 or 95 only). Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
Late Return Charges
A late return fee of THB 50 per hour will apply. If the vehicle is returned more than three (3) hours beyond the agreed time, an additional full-day rental fee will be charged.
Designated Usage Areas
Models including Scoopy, Click 125–160, Giorno, Wave, Lead 125, Moove, and CT125 are restricted to use within Hat Yai and Mueang Songkhla Districts only.
PCX and ADV models may be used within Songkhla Province only.
Use of the vehicle outside of the designated areas is strictly prohibited.
Rental Period Calculation
Rental duration is calculated in 24-hour intervals. For instance, a rental starting at 08:00 on Monday must be returned by 08:00 on Tuesday to avoid incurring extra charges.
Accidents and Damages
In the event of an accident, the renter must notify the company immediately, regardless of fault. The renter assumes full responsibility for all damages. The security deposit will be forfeited, and if repair costs exceed the deposit amount, the renter is liable for the remaining balance.
Repairs and Maintenance
All repairs or replacement of parts must be approved by the company in advance. Repairs must be conducted at authorized service centers of the vehicle’s brand, and official receipts must be retained and submitted for verification.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be fully refunded within 24 hours after the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition, either via cash or bank transfer.
Extension of Rental Period
To extend the rental period, the renter must make the additional payment before the expiration of the current rental agreement.
Operating Hours
The company operates daily from 08:00 to 19:00. Vehicle pick-up or return outside of these hours will incur an additional service charge of THB 100–200 per trip, subject to the company’s discretion.
Traffic Violations
The renter is fully responsible for any traffic violations or fines incurred during the rental period, including those issued retroactively.
Tire Damage
The renter is responsible for any tire punctures or damages that occur during the rental period.
Prohibited Conduct
It is strictly forbidden to pledge, sell, or use the rental vehicle for any unlawful activities. Any such actions will result in immediate legal proceedings, with no opportunity for settlement.
